This is a  global program that helps software start-ups succeed by giving them access to Microsoft software development tools, connecting them with key industry players, including investors, and providing marketing visibility to help entrepreneurs starting a business.

* Must be less than 3 years old
* Must never have received coverage on Mashable.com before
* Must have something to showcase to our readers (active site/product)
* Generating less than U.S. $1 million in annual revenue
